Lee is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, including the development of key initiatives to drive the organization’s continued growth. He is a seasoned veteran in the construction industry with over 28 years of experience. Before joining Freedom, he served in senior leadership and management roles with multiple international construction companies. He has worked with clients representing diverse markets ranging from privately held companies to global corporations in industries including defense, aerospace, research & development, office, manufacturing, government, higher education, sports, and hospitality.

Holland is an active member of the Huntsville community, currently serving on the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce board of directors, The Care Center board of directors, a member of the Committee of 100, and a graduate of the Leadership Huntsville Flagship Program Class 31. Additionally, he has previously served on the board of directors for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the United Way of Madison County as well as the Huntsville Botanical Garden Advisory Board.

Holland holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
