Tyce leads Advisory Services at Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC, where he also serves as Principal-in-Charge on key development projects. With a career rooted in construction and development, Tyce began as a skilled professional in 1992 with Hudson Electric Company, Inc., laying the foundation for his extensive expertise. Before joining Freedom in 2022, he spent nearly 24 years with the nation’s largest construction management firm, honing his abilities across diverse roles—from Assistant Superintendent to Project Executive. This breadth of experience across multiple market sectors equips him with innovative solutions to address even the most complex project challenges.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tyce is deeply committed to the North Alabama community. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Leadership Greater Huntsville and the Food Bank of North Alabama. He recently served as Chairman of the Board for Downtown Huntsville, Inc. and as a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Madison County Board of Directors.  He also held the position of Board Chair for the North Alabama Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), reflecting his dedication to advancing the region’s growth and well-being.

Tyce earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. His credentials include certification as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C) by the U.S. Green Building Council, as well as recognition as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
