This 500-Acre Hays Farm project is currently under development and will comprise over 550 single-family homes and 500 multifamily units. The development will also have retail and restaurant options in addition to the Hays Farm Office Building. The City of Huntsville is building a state-of-the-art, 9-acre park adjacent to the office building. In addition, there are 10 miles of walking trails on the property. Grissom High School is located across from the property.
